Brand new to yoga and feel very fortunate to have this wonderful studio to join. All of the instructors are welcoming, patient, informative, and inspirational! There are students of all ages and fitness levels that gives a genuine feeling of zero judgement. As challenging as the Bikram yoga classes are, there is a compulsion to continue to return!

I love this studio. Relaxed and not ridiculously strict like other studios with number of students. Reasonably priced . I love the Yoga, Pilates and HIIT. I'm 63 and in better shape then when I was 18 thanks to these classes.

Amazing place and yogis!
Super welcoming and such a healing place!
Keeping the room bickram worthy is a true priority!
Room was perfect for sweating and postures!
Teachers were amazing and kind!
Just had 3 amazing daze of yoga while i was on vacation!
If you want to experience yoga magic this is the place!
Cant wait to come back!

All inclusive wonderful experience! This is for ALL shapes and sizes as well as beginners to advanced! The teachers are wonderful and I've never felt more comfortable. Worth every penny if not more! Love each class new favorite instructor is Donna and the Bikram Beats class!
**Update 3/21/24** this location, instructors and practice is still a local favorite! There isn’t another place I’ve tried that detours me from what they offer here! I will forever recommend the location to anyone interested in Bikram Yoga

Transformational. Truly the best yoga studio in town. Every single instructor is absolutely top notch and the place is clean, comfortable, and always welcoming. Those who are looking for a true (formerly known as) Bikram class will be pleased. The classes aren't just "hot yoga", they include the proper forms. And they do have additional style classes as well with hot Pilates, yin, meditation class. Highly recommend.
Update 2025: Still 5 stars! Wish it wasn't an hour away for me.
