We are very pleased with the value and quality work of our roof replacement by Alvarado Roofing. Lorenzo, the owner, came out to our home for the estimate. He brought samples, measured the roof, and explained the different materials to us.
They replaced damaged fascia boards also. We appreciated that they supply their own porta potty while they work on the roof. We liked that he sent photos of the roof after the work was completed. This was our first time having our roof replaced and we are incredibly pleased with the easy process and high quality work. In addition, the crew was very organized and mindful of our landscaping while they worked on our roof.
We are extremely happy with our new roof and highly recommend this company.

Alvarado Roofing came out to inspect the roof and replaced the roof tiles that may have been displaced by the recent weather. Although the damage appeared to be caused by an act of nature, Lorenzo honored the homeowner's warranty and completed the repairs at no cost. We truly appreciate Alvarado Roofing standing behind their work and providing such excellent customer service.

I am sure there are good roofers in Tucson but in my opinion, Alvarado is the best. We had problems (a hole big enough to put a basketball through and a couple of other spots) along with tiles the original roofer put on that were cut and totally against building codes that he fixed. It is a miracle we only had one leak that we thought was from the windows but was a roof problem. Very fair pricing but better yet, a very professional and nice guy. Thanks Alvarado Roofing.
